Arizona-Certified Special Education Teachers | $70/hour
Must-haves:
- AZ special education certification
- Current CPI-type safety training
- Current CPR and First Aid
- Lives in Arizona
- Experience working with students with learning differences and behavior support needs
Nice-to-have: An interest in plants, gardening, or agriculture.
Instructional Assistants / Paraprofessionals | $23/hour
Must-haves:
- Experience supporting students with behavior support needs in small-group or 1:1 settings
- Current CPI-type safety training
- Current CPR and First Aid
- Lives in Arizona
Nice-to-have: An interest in plants, gardening, or indoor farming.
Qualified plant enthusiasts who are experienced IAs or AZ-certified SPED teachers are especially encouraged to apply.
